Message Rules
Rules may be created to automatically send
messages to specific folders. Select Rules from the Settings Window.

Creating Rules
To create a new rule, click on Add Rule. The Edit rule window will open.
Enter a name for the rule. Change the settings to manage the message. The
rule can be based upon what is in the subject line, who the message is to or
from or if it contains attachments.
The message can be discarded or moved into a
specific folder by selecting the folder from the pull-down menu. If the
message is discarded, it is immediately deleted. Click on Save rule to save
the rule.
If more than one rule is created, the rules
may be prioritized by using the Move Up or Move Down buttons.
