Please be advised the internet service arrangements with Greg Palmer at YIS has been cancelled and we have engaged TechniCall Networks to operate and maintain the dialup service for you. The contact and expiration information of your account has been carried forward to TechniCall Networks. TechniCall Networks is entering the local market with their digital voice service and wireless high speed service. They have a nationwide presence and we feel very comfortable they are better suited over the long term to continue to deliver the quality of service you expect along with any new services.

Their Customer Care Call Center is open from 9am to 10 pm CST. They also have staff in the local area. They have a wide selection of services including but not limited to wireless internet access, dial-up, email, web hosting, and digital phone service through high speed internet. So feel free to contact them to discuss all your needs.

 There will be minor changes in the dial-up and email settings. The number you use to connect to the Internet will not be changed. If you use an hcnews.com or granbury.com email address, they will need to be changed prior to July 1, 2008. Logins and password are basically remaining the same. You will receive specific details of these changes directly from TechniCall Networks in the next few days.

 The new support phone number is 866-476-2611. When you dial this number, you will be speaking to a representative here in the United States. Bilingual support is available. TechniCall Networks also has some exciting tech support options that will be announced in the coming months.

 You will be receiving bills for your service from TechniCall Networks in the near future. Kindly be advised all remittances for services are to be paid to them and they can be contacted at 866-476-2611. Any concerns about this please contact them.
